BLINKSONIC° End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you, the purchaser, and BLINKSONIC° concerning the use of the products sold on www.blinksonic.com. This Agreement applies to all BLINKSONIC° products, including but not limited to AETONZ, RUIDOZ, SUBSTANZ, VOZ, FR3TZ, CATALIZ, COLLIDZ, and LIQUIFI+IGNITA.
1. Ownership BLINKSONIC° is the exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the licensed products. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the software, graphic design, presets, loops, samples, documentation, and all content contained within the products.
2. Grant of License The products are licensed, not sold. BLINKSONIC° grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the products on a maximum of two (2) computers that you own. You may use the products for music composition and production purposes only.
3. Restrictions You are explicitly prohibited from:
- Transferring, copying, lending, duplicating, or reselling the products.
- Distributing the products through torrents, cloud services, or any other method. In collaborative projects, each user must purchase their own license.
- Using the products for the creation or distribution of competing sound banks, loop libraries, software, or other musical content libraries.
4. Use of Included Content The themes, presets, loops, and other musical content included with the products (“Included Content”) are provided for demonstration purposes and to facilitate your own creative work. You may use this Included Content in your personal compositions and recordings, provided you make sufficient modifications to the content. This is to ensure that your final musical work is not confused with the original demonstration material provided by BLINKSONIC°. Any distribution or sale of the Included Content in a context separate from your original musical works (e.g., as part of a standalone sample pack or loop library) is strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of authorized remixes that are properly credited to BLINKSONIC°.
5. Updates and Support This license is effective for your lifetime and is valid worldwide. It entitles you to free minor updates of the products. This license does not include free major version upgrades.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability The products are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. BLINKSONIC° is not liable for any lost data, hardware issues, financial loss, or health problems resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
7. Refunds To prevent piracy, all sales are final, and BLINKSONIC° does not offer refunds or returns. We strongly encourage you to review all product documentation and demo content available on our website before making a purchase. You can also contact us for more information at info@blinksonic.com.
8. Changes to Agreement BLINKSONIC° reserves the right to modify this Agreement and any content within the products (including features and manuals) at its sole discretion.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in France, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
10. Termination This license will terminate automatically without notice from BLINKSONIC° if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the product and destroy all copies of the software and any associated materials. BLINKSONIC°’s rights and your obligations under Sections 1, 6, and 9 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this license.
